“7 Days Out” is a behind-the-scenes journey through the seven days leading up to major events in the worlds in fashion, food, sports and space.
In 2017, Eleven Madison Park was named “The Best Restaurant in the World”. Two months later, it closed its doors and embarked on a gut renovation of both the kitchen and it’s iconic dining room. “7 Days Out: Eleven Madison Park” follows co-owners Will Guidara and Chef Daniel Humm through the final seven days before they reopen and reintroduce their restaurant to the world.
