“7 Days Out” is a behind-the-scenes journey through the seven days leading up to major events in the worlds in fashion, food, sports and space.
In 2017, Eleven Madison Park was named “The Best Restaurant in the World”. Two months later, it closed its doors for the summer and embarked on a radical gut renovation of both its kitchen and iconic dining room. “7 Days Out: Eleven Madison Park” follows co-owners Chef Daniel Humm and manager Will Guidara through the final hectic seven days of round-the-clock construction, equipment installations, failed city inspections, dish preparations, service rehearsals and thousands of last minute details / emergencies before they reopen and retake their title of “The Best Restaurant in the World”.
There are no compromises, there is no cutting corners.
